Can I have a morning collection?
All collections take place between 9:00am and 5:30pm. We can specify an afternoon collection for you if you are not available in the morning. Please contact us to request this.
It's 4pm and the driver hasn’t arrived yet?
Collections are up until 5.30pm, please contact us if you are concerned about your collection and we will chase the depot.
Do you offer credit accounts?
If you are a limited company and send more than 20 packages a week, we may be able to offer you an account subject to status.
What cover does my consignment have?
All services come with an inclusive liability cover of £50. Additional liability cover can be added for £10 to cover up to £1000 in consignment value.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
If the goods are damaged, packaging must be kept in case the goods need inspecting with the packaging.
If the packaging is not kept this could invalidate your claim.
What compensation do I get if my package is not collected on time?
None of the major carriers guarantee their collections. If a service is guaranteed for next day delivery, this guarantee will only apply once the package has been collected. Therefore we are unable to provide compensation for failed collections.
