We only use carriers that we know are reputable and reliable. As we said before our years of experience mean we know who’s who in the world of Express Parcel Carriers. This means every time a parcel gets scanned onto a van, through the sorting hub, off a van etc Right up to the point your recipient signs for the goods electronically, within a few minutes you can see the status of your parcel updated “live” through our tracking pages. All carriers we use confirm to ISO9001:2000 standards.
